The communal breakfast offered delightful conversations with fellow travelers and showcased fresh, local ingredients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi in the top bedroom was quite weak, making it challenging to stay connected during our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! ! So cozy and beautifully decorated, such a welcoming atmosphere.

Limited entry hours made coming and going a hassle. Parking is very inconvenient, requiring a steep haul of luggage from public parking three blocks away. Our attic room felt stifling with a single small window, and the so-called "air conditioning" was a portable unit that just didn't cut it, failing to cool the space effectively. The narrow circular staircase further complicated getting luggage up, and the lack of proper airflow made for an uncomfortable stay.

A charming stay in the heart
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of La Maison Du Clocher. Our host welcomed us with a glass of wine, setting the tone for an unforgettable getaway. The attention to detail in the decor made our Deluxe King Suite feel like a cozy retreat. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh ingredients and delightful conversations with fellow travelers at the communal table. Corinne's local recommendations opened up a world of hidden gems in the enchanting town of Saint-Emilion.
While the hospitality was exceptional, the limited parking proved to be a challenge. We had to haul our luggage a few blocks from public parking, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy bags. The streets are steep, so be prepared for a workout! Nevertheless, the charming location makes the minor inconveniences worthwhile.

Our time here was fantastic! We enjoyed a rejuvenating back massage and loved lounging on the sun terrace to soak up some rays. Just a heads up, the shower temperature fluctuated a bit, but it didn’t ruin our vibe at all! 🌞
